Shipping policy
All items are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days with exception to items that are pre-order items. Items are not able to be returned since they are all perishable.
UPS Ground Packages once shipped should arrive within 1-5 business days from leaving our facility and include up to $100 of insurance through the carrier.
Shipping speed depends on location and how far away you are from our shipping location in Illinois
Once an item is shipped...
If an item is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit it is important to reach out to us via email to try and help resolve the issue. If insurance is purchased at checkout we ask your file a claim and we will get all the information from you to resolve the claim. ***Claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving products to receive a refund or a credit for lost or damaged products.***
If insurance is not purchased at checkout, we will ask that you file a claim through the shipping carrier that we shipped your products through to receive reimbursement. Once the item leaves our hands it is no longer our responsibility as we have no control over what happens while your package is in transit. This includes if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We recommend going to your local UPS store and filing a report with them if your package shows delivered and may have been stolen. They are able to further investigate and provide better information about your package than we are if an investigation is filed locally.
