RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you've changed your mind about a product, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days after receiving your package. Please file a claim if you purchased insurance at at checkout here https://crude-carnivore.myshopify.com/apps/simplyinsurance/store/manage-claim-requests-user or email us at orders@crudecarnivore.com with your order number to submit a return.
You will receive a return label and can ship the item back. Order has to be packaged appropriately to protect the items. Once items are received in good condition, your refund will be issued, minus the shipping charge to return the item to us.
