FAQs
Do I need to refrigerate Crude bone broth?
Yes! Make sure to keep it in the fridge once it is opened and use it within 7 to 10 days.
How can you serve the bone broth to pets?
Ideally it is meant to be used as a food topper especially if you have a kibble fed pets, but it can be fed as a liquid treat or even appetizer before any meal.
How long does a bottle last once opened?
You want to use it within 7-10 days of opening.
Can I feed your bone broth to my cat?
Yes! Our products are safe for your kitty and even extra healthy for him or her because cats have a higher moisture requirement than pups do.
What if my pet doesn’t like Crude?
We guarantee our product and offer full product refund within 7 days if your pet isn’t loving it and the bottles are unopened. A shipping fee may apply.
My dog is a picky eater, will this help?
Absolutely! Our product was intended for those pups who like to snub their food. Just a splash can make all the difference.
My pet is very sensitive to new foods. How can I introduce your bone broth?
We love to help sensitive dogs and cats feel better. Our bone broth should help reduce sensitivity and irritation. You will want to introduce it slowly by adding 1 teaspoon per 10lbs of body weight. Increase to the recommended amount over a time frame of 4-7 days!
We recommend starting with a mild protein like turkey or rabbit.
Can I freeze your broth?
Absolutely! Some pups and kitties do not drink or eat that much. Make sure to transfer the broth to a freezer-safe container (do not freeze in glass to avoid glass breaking) and then thaw as needed! You can also freeze the broth into ice cubes!
